Ellsworth Municipal Hospital Ellsworth Municipal Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access hospital with a 10 dedicated inpatient Behavioral Health Unit that has a reputation as an excellent primary care facility. As the hospital completes its 107th year of patient care, we look forward to the future with vigor and determination to continue to strive and provide Iowa Falls and Hardin County residents with quality health care.
