The hospital has 102 physicians and health professionals on its medical staff. There are four active emergency room physicians, five active family practice physicians and one active physicians assistant.

Jones Regional is a subsidiary of St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids. The association with St. Luke's and the Iowa Health System allows the rural hospital to continue to be progressive.
